Get the correct edition for your device, complete setup, and update safely to the latest stable release.

Confirm OS and architecture
Check the Windows build, processor architecture, available storage, and platform compatibility.

Choose an install type
Use the installer for daily use or portable mode when installation and file associations are not wanted.

Run setup
Close apps using archives, run setup with the required permissions, and select an installation folder.

Set file associations
Choose which ZIP, 7Z, RAR, TAR, and other files should open in Bandizip.

Configure context menus
Enable compression, smart extraction, testing, and other frequently used Explorer actions.

Update or uninstall
Install updates over the current build to retain settings; export settings before removal when needed.
